Clarita giggles as she holds out a wrapped present, if opened it's a collage of pictures of the two siblings together throughout their lives. ~ laxnena ~

Lance opens the present and looks over the collage. He’s totally not crying, he just has something in his eye!

He pulls Clarita into a tight hug, lifting her up and spinning her around before setting her back down and reaching into his bag for her present. Inside is a star-shaped locket with a picture of the two of them together inside.

“Didn’t think it was ‘portant.. you were studying really hard..” Clarita stares at her brother, curled up in her blankets. What started as a small cold turned into a fever that left her stuck in bed.

“Clarita, listen to me.” He knelt down beside her bed, reaching out to gently brush her hair out of her face. “You’re way more important to me than some stupid books. I...I know I’ve been really focused on studying lately, and I’m sorry if I’ve been ignoring you because of that. I love you, and I want you to be happy and healthy, so if something’s ever bothering you, you gotta let me know, okay?"

"You're one of Lancey's new friends, right mister? My name's Clarita Arianna Mcclain. Thank you for bringing my big brother home safe!" ~ laxnena ~

Coran smiled, straightening himself out a little, and standing up straight. He liked children as it reminded him of peaceful times back on Altea, and when Allura was but a young girl.

“Yes, I certainly am! I am Coran - it’s a pleasure to meet you, Clarita!” He continued to smile, softly. “Do not worry, your brother is very strong and talented - he got himself home safe.”
