The newest Layer, Tah, also known as Lallys. She's the Layer I'm going to "use" in the "atelier of witch hat" she's around 5 in appearance and mind, but she actually suffer from a curse that keep her as a child and sorta reboot her memories every two years (stuff like how to use magic, walk, eat(...) stays but people, Langage in talking and others just get whipped away). Orugio (the guy holding her) is a character in the Manga and I guess I don't need to say I just needed to see his character design to chose him as the person Lallys would be the closest of.
