Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, diced. 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled. 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup green onions, chopped. 1/2 cup ranch dressing. 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded. 2 cups spinach, chopped. 1 cup croutons.
Instructions: In a large serving bowl, start with a layer of shredded iceberg lettuce. Add a layer of chopped spinach on top of the iceberg lettuce. Next, evenly distribute the diced cooked chicken on the spinach layer. Sprinkle the crumbled cooked bacon over the chicken layer. Layer the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the bacon. Add the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top of the cheese layer. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the entire salad.
