Block Fort - FCFU// Live As You Make It Up Session

So it's been rather quiet on the Block Fort front, mostly due to 3rd year sucking away all my free time, Laura having a real person teacher job and Petey being in all the bands ever! Though, it was sunny this weekend and we thought we'd make the most of what we've got and film a session on the Hotblack roof! This is our unrecorded of yet song 'FCFU', which stands for 'Fine City Fuck Ups' and I promise sounds mental full band! It would be extra tasty if you can share this around, even if it is just to berate us for how much of a dickhead we all look in sunglasses (apart from Laura, she looks suave!) Here's to summer and pissing off neighbours with your best buddies!

Hello friends! I'm sure you've all seen the previous update that Mr Ash Victim posted earlier and I felt that maybe I should follow up with a little hello and an introduction to who I am and what my intentions are (all honest I swear). For the most part I play in various of the bands that we support at Live As You Make it UP and along with the wonderful AnaSera Chambers provide some of the artwork. Above is a doodle I made of Ash Victim from waaaay back in the glorious, heady days of the Summer of the Illegal Subletting (which later got used in a small, one edition handmade zine) - and really what I'm trying to get at is that Ash and I are going to start visually bombarding you with all sorts of updates about the distro, some articles, zines, stickers and patches and whatever else our filthy DIY hands can busy ourselves with! So keep your peepers peeled and in the word of Ash Victim himself: party sausage. Sara
