Crazy summer exercise : try to do a layout from a Miyasaki storyboard frame ! (from Castle In The Sky to be more precise) Really fun going back to traditional drawing on huge paper :) I may do a value test for it … can be cool :D
(PS : For this kind of exercise, I should have only took the storyboard and try to imagine the details… But I admit, I was a bit lazy, and I didn’t had art direction as if I was in a studio, so I deliberately took some references from the background of the movie )
