Deep Sleep in Shady Shallows

Half a year has past and a Taclobonon man finds rest and beats sweltering tropical heat in a place that should have always been impossible, let alone for the entirety of the last six months.  He is in the shadow of a storm surge-misplaced ship - a vessel whose belly is meant to be forever bathed in salt water - which still sits dry, atop a road which once connected two communities.
