Another year, another art summary, this year being 2024! This is my fourth year doing this and it's kind of been a nice practice. I try to pick a favorite piece from around each month, but if they don't line up that way, I just pick my favorite twelve in general. It's been a nice way to look back and really appreciate the stuff I've created throughout the year - big pieces, small sketches, and jokes that still make me laugh.
This year I finally made a proper MerMay picture, I did an entire Outfit August Challenge, finished Inktober from 4 years ago, redrew one of my favorite Lima pictures from just as long ago... and so much more.
This was also my first year of streaming! Which is! kind'a crazy! Not something I ever thought I'd actually get into, but it has been a lot of fun. It definitely took time away from certain projects, but also helped me focus on others. So that's neat in its own way!
So here's to more artistic growth, more self-indulgence, and more fun in the coming new year! 🥂🎨
