Hii! If it's not a spoiler, how exactly did the reader and Layton meet?

I think my original idea was that the reader was a victim of Layton's ghoul attack, but something about them just made him obsessed. But that trauma the reader would feel hasn't really worked its way into my narrative yet. However Layton has stalked Y/N for a long time and was long watching them before they finally made contact by going to the cafe.

I am playing around with a true origin story though, but its not come to fruition yet. I know at least Layton views the reader as someone holy, untainted, worth more than a human or a ghouls life. His feelings are pretty twisted.

For now I've played "The Last Specter" and I'm currently playing "Miracle Mask" from the Layton series, so I know NOTHING about him, other the fact that he is hot as hell.

I will try to post more, cuz I'm drawing him (and other PL characters too) everyday lately

Update: I forgot to mention I've also Watched the Eternal Diva, and I loved it. (As my dear friend who introduced me to Layton says, "Descole IS the Eternal Diva")

As much as I understand miracle mask is 15 years old, there are a lot of new fans coming into the fandom because of NWOS. It would be nice to mark the big endgame spoilers at least

I'm sorry about that, I thought it wouldn't be a big deal. I played the game myself very late in the day, and I'd been spoiled years earlier because I hadn't been careful enough while browsing the internet. I figured it was my fault and that I should have been more careful.

I thought the people who would see my drawing would be active members of the Layton community, people who are familiar with the games. I didn’t expect this drawing to cause such a stir, and by the way, thank you all for your support ! 🙏🫂
