Hellsgate was taking some getting used to. It wasn’t anything like serving a singular household and at times it was terribly overwhelming–especially since he did want to obey and please those that came to feed. But occasionally he just...couldn’t. Tonight seemed like one of those nights and fear gripped his heart as one such patron leered at him and took hold of his arm. Balthazar would probably be upset hearing that one of his blood bags tried to run off, but he just needed five minutes to himself. Five minutes to calm himself down and make sense of his anxiety. Heart racing as he slipped out of the smarmy vampire’s grip, Reed stumbled back into someone and squeaked. He turned and when he had to look up to meet the other’s gaze, he felt his cheeks flush. “I’m sorry, sir,” he apologized and bowed his head politely as he tried to slip past. “Excuse me..”
