[Location] – Lazuli Town

This town is home to many functions, and as such enjoys the perks of such opportunities. It sees little of the problems the recession has brought.

First and foremost, it is a port town where they import and export goods as well as fishing. It enjoys a prime spot on the beach for tourists, as a nice bonus.

It houses as well the Water Type gym.
