stills from lenny's unreleased short film The Leather Jacket (1955).

the version online is most likely a collaboration between lenny and "count" lewis depasquale, but there seems to be other iterations of the film lenny did with william karl thomas, considered lost media. the short also features lennys mother, sally marr. the version i've linked is silent, but there was an original jazz soundtrack to go with the film composed by depasquale.

lenny and roy heckler on a 1959 tv special, One Night Stand: The World of Lenny Bruce. heckler is showing off his flea circus (the rectangular thing on the table).

the shows segments included: monologue on newspapers distorting and sensationalizing information, buddy rich and quartet, monologue on greenwich village, david allen performance, promo for The Sick Humor of Lenny Bruce album release, john graham greene bit, flea circus, lenny talks about jazz, lambert hendricks and ross performance, cannonball adderly trio (w/ bill evans), lenny sings a song, short film screening and discussion, gospel performance by the flanagan sisters.
