A lil secret scene I ended up cutting was early in their friends-with-benefits situation Jamie comes over and she's really sick but trying to play it off like she's fine and Dani eventually convinces her it's not a good idea and Jamie is just going to leave but Dani is just like "let me take care of you" and goes all caregiver mode and makes her drink soup etc and Socks is over the moon bc he just gets to post up on her lap and it was extremely soft and wholesome but it didn't end up fitting in anywhere in that extremely tight plot i had lol so I cut it
