To Kay there seem to be a series of text messages sent to her addressed from Sebastian that seem rather...distraught. Clearly being told by how they're comprehensible and at times almost just look like a jumble of letters. Soon after though was an image of a sad cat attached, one of those memes that the thief had shown him.
Kay frowned at the messages, growing worried for their friend. They quickly texted back.

They hoped they weren’t overstepping any boundaries or something by asking if they should go over, but it also didn’t seem like Sebastian should be left alone.

May I ask why you’re hugging me? ❞ He asked, confusion riddling his tone.

i still find it funny that everyone calls nick the alpha dad, when in reality miles has one more kid than him (kay, seb, klav, simon) && has the addition of gumshoe && ray as uncle figures in this fam
edgeworth doesn’t like admitting he’s the ultimate dad, but he is. he adopts everyone bc he knows what it’s like and also because they’re always running around the office anyways, why not just. pseudo adopt them.
