You know what, my lovelies? This means war.
I recently posted a picture of my Cursed Scarf™, but even after appeal, Tumblr has it marked as "mature".
In retaliation, I'm not only going to post more pictures of my scarf, but I'm encouraging you all to join me. You can use the photos of my scarf, or you can make your own and post it. Make sure to tag it "sappho's scarf war", and I'll repost all the posts I find.
They can't stop us all 😈
Some context for my lovelies who may seem a little lost:
When my ex broke up with me back in October, I was in the middle of knitting her a scarf, as per the fiber arts curse demanded. (How dare I knit something for my significant other?) As a show of growth and healing, though, I decided to finish the scarf and keep it for myself! It means a lot to me and acts as a physical representation of how much I've grown.
@bubble-official and I made a deal where I'd keep Tumblr updated on my scarf, and once I was finished, they'd make a frog. (Which I'm still waiting on 👀).
When I finally posted the finished product, though, Tumblr had the post marked as "mature". I submitted it for appeal, but they kept it marked as mature for some reason, and I'm really petty.
Happy Scarf War, my lovelies :)))
