Day 89: Dinner at Le Bremner. Bake and maple dashi clam chowder, pancakes and raspberry tartlette. Absolutely phenomenal.
Le Bremner in Montreal is a seafood inspired, chill restaurant hideaway in Vieux Montreal. Go, it's delicious....homemade sodas, magical elixirs, eclectic relaxed vibe & bold innovative food. It's very dark in there, the dish above is Fluke gravlax with chicken cracklins, fried capers & creme fraiche. Also a must taste, the Snow crab kimchi on top of crispy chewy rice cake. Oh yeah!
Chuck & Danny... @chucksdayoff & @lebremnermtl in Montreal. Go Habs!
Baker says we should eat here but won't say where "here" is. Jay recommends the octopus and veal cheek.
