I need a creative person!

It's about daily promos!

So I want to start doing daily ( maybe bi-daily) RANDOM promos on my blog. But I don't just want to go through my followers list every day and promo someone. I want it to be fun! And also I don't want to be like "First 60 to reblog might get a promo lolol."

Sooo does anybody have any cool ideas?
