Toujours dans le lot des vidéos qui fleurissent en ces derniers jours de campagne avant le premier tour. Une vidéo plus partisane, clairement, mais avec un raisonnement intéressant et important. Plusieurs points de contexte avec une remise en perspective du paysage politique, et avec tout l’amour que j’ai pour Hamon, j’aimerais que les gens qui hésitent entre Hamon et Mélenchon puissent voir cette vidéo là.

This is how @GreyGoose Le Melon celebrates legends and 'Modern Kings of Culture' with @SpikeLee and artist @kehindewileyart #EvokeTheSpirits

To celebrate the launch of the new flavor GREY GOOSE Le Melon, GREY GOOSE partnered with artist Kehinde Wiley to celebrate the “Modern Kings of Culture” through a portrait series.  Wiley has created a series of custom portraits honoring selected individuals who have charted extraordinary paths to achievement, using his signature style of fusing history and style in a unique and contemporary manner. 

  On June 18th, Emmy Award winner and Oscar nominated filmmaker, producer and writer Spike Lee was immortalized in an original royal portrait by Kehinde Wiley in honor of his status as a true king of his craft at an exclusive screening event held at the Crosby Street Hotel.

  To commemorate the official unveiling of this portrait, celebrities, film industry tastemakers, and art collectors came together for a special screening of “Making Do the Right Thing,” the groundbreaking film that celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.  Immediately following the screening, TV personality, AJ Calloway, moderated an intimate Q&A between Kehinde Wiley and Spike Lee, where they discussed their journeys to success.  The portrait was then revealed to invited guests for the first time, and invited guests formally toasted the evening with a cocktail party, replete with GREY GOOSE Le Melon signature cocktails and a special DJ set by Q-Tip.
