fav thing about her: Everything. Seriously. I love her character, her role in the anime, her importance for the plot, her relationship with Levi and Erwin, her smarts, her silly side, her love for science and knowledge, her ruthlessness, her badass-ness, her skill, just everything. Also, I can relate to her so much and I love that her gender hasn’t been confirmed (I say ‘her’ but I have several headcanons where she’s a different gender and it’s just so interesting to think about!)

least fav thing: how most snk fans see her. She’s so wonderful and smart and important, and all they see is a comic relief character that’s obsessed with Eren and titans in general. She’s so much more, folks! Also: where the hell is she in the manga?! I need to see her!

Fav line: needless to say I love every single line she said in the anime and manga, but the one that defines her the most is: If there’s something you don’t understand, then learn to understand it. It’s worth risking our lives for that.

brOTP: MobuHan (I also ship them romantically but they’re so cute as friends, too)

OTP: any Hanji ship tbh. LEVIHAN especially so! Also EruHan, EruRiHan, MobuHan, NanaHan, …

Random headcanon: oh I have so many headcanons with her. Random one ~ when she was younger, Hanji once lost a titan because she wasn’t careful enough experimenting on it. Angry with herself she went into a tantrum and destroyed a bunch of furniture. Shadis (who was chief back then) made her clean the mess up all by herself as punishment, but Levi, Erwin, Mike and Nana snuck in to secretly help her.

unpopular opinion: Hanji is the sexiest character in snk.

Song I associate with her: The unthinking Majority by Serj Tankian. Also, pretty much every song I listen to because I always do that when I’m obsessed with a character.

Fav picture: I died when I saw this in the anime. Also: every picture of Hanji ever.
