La Parisienne Rousse at Le Roch Hotel & Spa in Paris. A 3 of 4. Relatively spicy qualities up front with some herbal and resinous notes as well. Well-balanced throughout with some caramel malt sweetness that is checked by a firm bitterness in the finish. The spicy complexity is quite nice.
