Under Paris
Nonsensical French imitation of an American disaster thriller. The science doesn’t make sense. The geography doesn’t make sense. The characterization is strangely conservative, and the film wants to skewer authority like Jaws did, so its political compass is all over the place. The ending is bizarre.
