sorry for the battery powered candles lighting up my artwork i think they fit it...
This is Lead!Sans(he/it/any) I love him
I created it on a whim- anyway story time:
This is basically an AT of Ink!Sans (created by comyet) where he still rips out his soul and is a sketch. The twist here is—it was kept as one. A sketch. Unfinished. He never experienced the paints, the AU's, the creativity. It only experienced being in a void called a paper forever alone.
But he couldn't live alone as a sketch forever, he couldn't live if he had nothing to survive off on.
Lead eventually found out an artist's motivation, their creativity, their ideas, skills, inspiration—and ate. It. Up.
If you're familiar with things like being... Art blocked, uninspired, demotivated, burnt out or feeling like a fraud for not drawing as well as you want to?
Well...
That's all because Lead is over here stealing your creativity so he can survive.
Don't worry, he doesn't steal too much considering he stays as a sketch (most of the time. Other times he steals enough to become line art instead of just a sketch.)
He is much taller than Ink because of how much (some, including me) artists can't find it in themselves to finish certain pieces and most of the time... There are more unfinished rough concepts than fully rendered and painted pieces.
Do not let it near fully finished pieces!! He will eat them...
Lead constantly feels as his big pencil is heavy and weighted on him, having to constantly slouch or even crawl to his next meal. The only emotions he feels is lack of motivation and that artistic burn out or the feeling of something that could've been but was never let to be.
if that makes sense...
I find it best to draw this skeleton in the dark surrounded by candles and listening to slow paced songs to really feel how it does-
