Lead Data Analyst
Our large healthcare Client is looking for a Lead Data Analyst in Columbia, SC for a long-term contract. Responsibilities include:
Experience completing complex data designs. Experience writing complex queries. Need to be able to interact with all levels of management. VB - 6 years Access - 6 years SQL - 6 years 50% Reviews, extracts and analyzes data to be used in formulation of procedures, processes and other requirements. Provides reports of relevant activity to be used to identify problematic areas and to provide basis for modification and/or elimination of operations issues. Revises existing reports and develops new reports based on changing methodologies. Analyzes reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Tracks and verifies all reporting statistics and/or metrics. 30% Develops complex analysis and sophisticated data compilation, verification, and interpretations to guide divisional efforts. Creates data search programs to identify pertinent data needed to provide supporting documentation for system or operational enhancements/changes. 20% Communicates and/or trains employees and managers on the complex database programs used to generate analytical data. Documents reporting procedures so other staff can run ad hoc reports independently. Designs, codes, and maintains complex database programs for the extraction and analysis of data to support financial and operational decisions.
