I meant: are minor bosses allowed as characters for people to roleplay? If not, then how major does their role in the plot have to be so that they are allowed?

Well, due to the differing amounts of available canon information, us mods will have to decide that on a case-to-case basis.

We may approve the more distinguishable characters, but for some of these minor bosses canon information is so sparse, that roleplaying them would border on roleplaying an OC - and that we will have to reject. 

If you are interested in such a character, send us a message and we will let you know asap whether this one would be acceptable or not.

Forgot to do this earlier, but requesting another semi-hiatus due to classes. I'll be around occasionally. I also have a question: are minor bosses, including one or two chapter ones, allowed?

As for your question, I'm not sure I entirely understand what you mean, so could you clarify it a bit?

If you mean to re-use minor bosses from the games in Ettavia as well, I'm inclined to say no. These bosses would be either dead or on the other continents, so it would be unreasonable for them to be in Ettavia. If you need enemies similar to those for a thread, you are free to make these up on your own, as long as it would be reasonable for such foes to be on the island.

For example, bandit bosses would be entirely okay, but terrain-specific foes like hostile Sacaean tribesmen would not. I hope this answers your question, but if not, you're free to elaborate and we'll see if we can give you a better reply then.
