9 & 29.
9. Does your character dream or are their nights filled with an empty blackness? Describe a dream they’ve had or a night they couldn’t sleep and what they did to preoccupy their time.
Rick does indeed dream as they tend to happen every night, or every other night. These dreams usually reflect upon his day and the decisions he’s made as either a leader, or as a bystander. Example, when he was farming at the prison, letting the council settle any decisions that came their way, he would have haunting dreams of the prison being compromised. All he could see was fire and walkers. He saw the death of Carl, bullets riddled across Maggie’s corpse, and Glenn being torn apart by walkers. The lack of control had shook him to his core and he feared that without him at the helm as the leader, that they’ll die within those fences. So when The Governor came back, he hesitated to walk down there, because he sensed this is how his dream started.
29. Does your character get restless when things are too quiet or do they favour solitude and silence? Why?
I wouldn’t say Rick gets restless when things become silent. It’s shown that he’s able to fall asleep in the home that him, Carl, and Michonne were staying in. The only reason why he had awaken was because of The Claimers. I think Rick isn’t one that finds the silence to be a sign of potential suspicion, etc. I think he takes it as it is.
