She's funny, caring, smart, helpful...she's one of the greatest friends a girl could ever have...before I was her assistant principal, I was her classmate and after graduating from college and getting teaching jobs in two different places, losing touch for over five years, we reunited in Putnam. Who would've known?! I've known her for almost 20 years and can honestly say that she's been consistently all of those things for that long. Today she was honored as our system's Special Education Teacher of the Year and I was honored to be there to see her get her award! You see, Keetah teaches children, not content and she is one of the most deserving educators of this award on the face of this planet!
