If pressed Leaf will say that she obtained Dragonite as a Dratini after she fished him out of the sea.

This is a bold faced lie.

In reality she stole him when she snuck into the Celadon Game Corner at fourteen.

Leaf has tried numerous times to track down the person that Team Rocket likely stole Dragonite from in hopes of reuniting him with his owner. However she’s had no success and so Dragonite remains in her care. Dragonite is an absurdly large specimen for his species, just under eight feet tall but he’s no less friendly. He’ll sweep anyone he meets into a bone crushing hug.

Dragonite is Leaf’s physical attacker and is certain to change the momentum of a battle into her favor. He forms a calm middle between combative Venusaur and silly Ninetales, seemingly levelheaded. Like all Dragonite he’s very intelligent and altruistic; He likes to help and he understands human speech. It’s best to be careful what you say around him, he’ll remember a mean spirited person.

Verses Update

I’ve added a verse page for Leaf’s different ages just so timeline issues can be easily resolved. The main verse and her default age will remain at 24. They’ll be tagged: 'arc name (verse)’ anything from previous posts that are untagged will be by default be the main verse. If you’d like to roleplay a verse let me know and we’ll work something out, otherwise I’ll just default to the main.
