…So I got into Forsaken recently.

If you know anything about me, you know exactly what happened next. It’s RB Battles crossover AU time babyyyyy

I won’t ramble here but I did figure out some lore and some gameplay mechanics of these guys. Twas fun.

I’m aware I’m supposed to be on hiatus right now but Leah happened. Okay so er…. Leah. Bro idk if I’m gonna keep up art of her but if I do I will put a slight disclaimer on my post and on this post right now.

I don’t support Leah and when I return (idk when cause blsmp is on hiatus right now) mentions and art relating to her won’t happen

So yeah just wanted to address that cause cheating sucks and Megan deserves better.

So, life has been busy and that means Drawings might slow down, but i’ll try to keep it up!

So remember how I said that TMA!Albert would be the main Flesh avatar? Well...I changed my mind. (Body Horror warning ahead!)

This stemmed from me realising that I didn't really like Albert's concept all that much, it didn't feel right. A bit of thinking later, and I realised it was because I'd aligned Albert with the wrong entity, and he didn't have a strong enough concept to justify it. That man's not a Flesh avatar - he's a Desolation avatar! So I changed up a few things, and now all the RBB S3 participants are either avatars or important characters in some way, lol

To summarise these four:

Leah Ashe is a Desolation avatar. She primarily feeds on the fear of physical pain, brought through her weather abilities (mainly uses shocks and ice to cause pain)

Albert 'Flamingo' Stuff, named for his tattoos and flamingo hat, is also an avatar of the Desolation. However, he instead focuses on emotional pain - he worms his way into a group of some kind, and either focuses on tearing one person's life apart, or setting the whole group ablaze.

Dr. Jack Eryz is a Flesh avatar. He's not a medical doctor, but he does have an actual doctorate in Human Anatomy. However, upon meeting another Flesh avatar, his ideas of making the human body 'the best it can be' went a little bit too far, and now he experiments on other people and himself.

Sanna (no last name yet) is yet another Flesh avatar, and is most likely the avatar Jack met before his own ascension. She's an animal shelter worker, but she creates content about food (ie she's a food influencer) on the side. However, the meat she eats and serves up to her friends and collaborates is...not always from animals.

So, yeah, new concepts that I'm much happier with - my plans for Sanna are very fun especially.

In other news, if you are looking out for more TMA AU content...perhaps keep an eye out (no pun intended), I've got something big coming up soon :)

TMA AU (redux) avatars!!

(mild body horror alert for whatever the hell Poke has going on)

I'm pretty much only posting this so I have an excuse to post the two-shot I wrote about Tanqr's origins as a Slaughter avatar because I got brainworms.

Elaboration on concepts under the cut!

Some of the characters have the same alignments / concepts as before, them being:

Albert is still a Flesh avatar, a weird 'artist' who sculpts people into his masterpieces

Sketch & Calixo are still our Michael/Helen stand-ins just with a slightly different concept this go-around

Ashley is still associated with the Buried, Tanqr still ends up as a Slaughter avatar

Mr B is now an artefacts scientist rather than books scientist, because why not?

JP is still the Head of the RB Institute RB Foundation, they're just actually present as the head now instead of using Russo as a trenchcoat / Jonah Magnusing Russo lol. I'm quite proud of how I blended their canon cyberpunky design with the formal vibe I wanted em to have here.

And some have entirely new concepts, those being:

Megan was originally not really gonna appear, and she was aligned with the Desolation - now she's an Eye avatar! A seller of artefacts, ones that Mr B hasn't gotten ahold of yet.

Denis is now a Stranger avatar instead of an End-aligned archival assistant! Honestly, he'd be a fun one to write a statement from the perspective of.

Poke & Hyper are now associated with the Corruption instead of the Stranger! Hyper just cannot catch a break in my AUs even if he's less of a main character huh

Leah takes over Megan's original role as the important Desolation lady! She has control over fire and ice, hence, lightning storms and weather, because plain fire is Boring. (Preston is still in this AU and takes over the fire thing.)
