A Lean StartUp is a new method for developing businesses and products by Eric Ries . The center of this method is the "validated learning" . This new StartUp philosophy seeks to erase wasteful practices and increase value by producing practices during the product development phase. In this way starups can have a better chance of success without investing or requiring a large amount of funding, wasting time in the elaboration of business plans, or in the creation of the perfect product. The Lean method by Eric Ries believes in the customer's feedback as integral process, ensure the producer does not invest time designing features or services that consumers do not want.
