Steps In Problem Solving
Things. Life is all about the things that we have with us. It can be things or persons that we have and we also know that not everyone has everything in their life. But what will you think when I tell you that there is one thing that is with all of us. No matter how rich or poor a person may be, everyone will have this thing in their life. Do you have any guesses? If yes, then write it down in the comment section. Let me tell you the answer, and that’s Problems. Strange answer but, it’s the truth. We all have problems, it cannot be the same but at least we have them. So that’s why I thought of writing this article, in this article I will be telling you, to how to tackle problems in your life, no matter how big or small the problem is. So let’s get started-
Identify the problem- We all are here for getting the solution of our problems, but do you know before knowing the solution of the problems we first need to know and identify what our actual problem is, that where are we facing a problem. Is it in our work life, school life or anything else, and if it’s in our school life then where further the problem is, are we facing problem in studying, if so, then in which particular subject. Same like this we have to make the classification of our problem.
Identify the cause- As I discussed in the above point that if someone is facing a problem in school life and moreover in his studies and further classified into particular or multiple subjects. We need to know the cause, see we are the only one who can do something for yourself no one else will do it for us, so we have to find the cause of our problem because no one else knows you more than yourself. Identify the main cause, because of which you are facing the problem.
Brainstorm solutions- Firstly let us completely know about what brainstorming is, it’s a process to solve a problem or make a decision by thinking as many ideas as possible in a short period of time. Like if I am unable to give time to my studies, then I should think about where actually my time goes, where I am actually wasting my time.
Select the best solution- While brainstorming you will come across many solutions, but you can’t apply all the solutions that you have thought so from them you have to choose the best solution for your problem. Take your time, think about the possibilities by thinking about every solution you have.
Implement a solution plan- After choosing the correct solution for your problem, just implement it. That’s it; this was all you need to do. You solved your problem on your own; no one helped you, nothing. I have used this method to solve most of my problems and it worked really well.
Follow-up, evaluate, monitor progress- Now, and at last, the work left with you is to have a close look at the progress of you from getting rid of that problem.
