Received my certificate for graduating from my LEAP program :)
The certificate was signed by the regional president too!

LEAP
I'm a few days late but I GRADUATED FROM MY LEAP PROGRAM ON MONDAY!
70 pages of homework/projects
3+ hours of online homework
120 pages of in-class material
30 in-class hours
1 conference call

Turned in my LEAP homework today :)
I have my last class this week. After that, I'll complete my last homework assignment and then graduate.
This program has been intensive and time consuming but I learned a lot of new things.

LEAP - 9/26/18
And just like that, my LEAP program is nearly over!
I had my last class today. The topics were time management, interview prep, and preparing for new challenges with my future promotion.
I still have to do more online training and write up my development plan and a mentoring plan for whoever I train to take my spot.
It'll be another year or so before I get promoted again.
Turns out I can't even apply for the buyer position now anyways because I was put on final for working off the clock last month.
I don't feel ready to apply anyways and I started to tell my ex that I didn't want to go for buyer when he stopped me and said I'm not eligible anyways 🙃
I also won't be getting that much deserved raise now too 😡
Going to try to stay positive and keep working hard...and buy a car and get back into sex work asap.

Super excited for LEAP! I already bought my bus tickets for all three months and I'm buying a new notebook/binder for note taking etc. My first training day begins in mid July. 6/13/18
I had my second LEAP class yesterday.
I've been feeling increasingly unhappy at my vanilla job and because of that, I felt less invested in the second class.
I still learned a lot and contributed to the discussions but not as much as in the first class.
I'm more focused on losing all the extra weight I gained so I can go back to stripping asap.
I'm not planning on quitting my vanilla job anytime soon but I don't want to stay there longer than I should because I depend on the income.
I also need a car to go back to dancing...which will cost about $5k. $3,000 for a not so good used car.

Finished my rough copy of my homework! Now I just have to edit it and get signatures before scanning it and emailing it to regional.
It's due Monday.
I need to set aside more time for this program. All I do is work :S

Breakfast - 7/25/18 Half of a banana and a Vega chocolate protein shake Today is my day off but I still went into work for a short conference call for LEAP. I have my first class next week in Denver ☺ This was also my first conference call! Kinda anxious at first but I relaxed after I realized I didnt need to talk during the call. 7/25/18
