One way to show you are serious about buying your dream home is to get pre-qualified or pre-approved for a mortgage before starting your search. petty sentiment

Yes i am selfish, when my pastor preach about the meaning of gift, i still want an exchange lol...so when i gave out xmas cards to my 2 cousins, they didn’t give me anything back, maybe barely a “thank you” T_T...next year either i hope to change my petty ways or i’ll just give them to great friernds as a gift with nothing in return like i did with other people because i greatly appreciate those people even if they gave me no xmas present, they were very close people to me...my excuse is i pour “everything from my heart” into those cards so when they are not greatly appreciated as i would like, i became a cynic, i just CARE TOO MUCH, that’s my problem....how’s that for being contradicting lol caring yet petty....pride and selfishness is ugly, people, learn the meaning of gift by knowing God loved us first as a gift so we can love others like Him (romans 5:8?)...another thing, kinda ironic but i need to be more selfish by taking care of myself first before i love others, how can i give without love?...it’s in vain x{
