Thank God for @hulu for giving us #LivingSingle! Yo, y'all have no idea how much I loved this show! I used to dream of being on the show....playing Overton's socially awkward nephew, Lewis Jones or Kyle Barker's afrocentric little brother, Akil Barker. I remember when I was 16, Fox was threatening to cancel the show. I got my quarters and my calling card together, (yes, calling cards) tracked down the number to the Living Single set, and for a week I called on a pay phone (as different people) to help save the show. The show was cancelled by the end of the year but, all wasn't lost. After a weeklong of making calls, I gained a lifelong friend.
