I didn't do a single thing today that an adult would qualify as productive. And I consider it my Christmas gift to myself. Real talk- it's been a really really long time since I've sat down and worked on a silly project that was JUST for me, not for a job or a favor or a gift, or for some other unnamed need. it has really hurt my creative flow... and ultimately my happiness. This Christmas, ♥️@s9mcd♥️got me a #waccomtablet and I told myself I would learn flash animation on it and use that skill ONLY for my own selfish art outlet. And so instead of washing dishes, folding laundry or even cooking today, I made a 17 second blip of bubba being a ninja/ tub of lard cat. And tomorrow I'll probably do something similar.
