Neuroplasticity - the ability of the nervous system unit to change its activity in response ot intrinsic or extrinsic stimuli by recoganizing it's structure, functions or connections after injuries.
Reflection - the change of direction of a wavefront at an interfact between two different media so that the wavefront returns into the medium from which it originated.
Meditation - a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques.
Questioning - a major form of human thought and interpersonal communication it involves employing a series of questions to explore and an insure an idea or something intriguing.
Regulation of cognition - the ability to plan,monitor ,regulate and evaluate your learning process.
Social persuasion - a form of social influence that entails and deliberate attempt to induce as shift in the beliefs or attitudes of others.
Time specific - there is a specific amount of time in which he needs to demonstrate that behavior.
Task complexity - the rule of performing a given task under certain conditions that the performer needs to take into account for completing the task as required.
Self efficacy - an individual belief in his or her capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments.
Self modeling - individuals learn by observing their own success even from success that have not yet occured.
Stress - stress is a feeling of emotional srain and pressure stress is a form of physiological and mental discomfort.
Self care- has been defined as the process of establishing behaviors to ensure holistic well being of one self to promote health ,and actively manage illness when it occurs.
Mindfulness -living in the present movement, essentially it means being ( intentionally) more aware and awake to each movement and being fully engaged.
Self kindness - treating yourself with care and understanding.
Adaptive - providing,contributing to or marked by adaption arising as a result of apadtion.
Learning style to be a better person.
The 4 main learning styles are:
1. *Visual Learners*: These individuals learn best through images, diagrams, charts, graphs, and videos. They tend to remember information more effectively when it's presented in a visual format.
2. *Auditory Learners*: These learners absorb information more effectively through sound, music, and oral instructions. They tend to benefit from lectures, discussions, and audio recordings.
3. *Reading/Writing Learners* (also known as Verbal Learners): These individuals learn best through written text, reading, and writing. They tend to prefer taking notes, reading books, and writing essays.
4. *Kinesthetic Learners* (also known as Tactile Learners): These learners absorb information more effectively through hands-on experiences, experiments, and practical activities. They tend to benefit from direct involvement and movement.
Applicable learning styles for me and my partner?
My most effective learning methods that we tried is through writing and reading. i concentrate on taking details . readings and learning on what i've learned.Additionaly i can make a summarize of our lesson that's its important to have a notes that you can use when you want to learn.
you can use this a sample to improve your self in your academic studies in the next chapter of your life.

My smart Goal for 2025: My spiritual self.
The area of my life is my spiritual self because its important to our life because spiritual is important to our life because its is part of our life and everyday routine so we can be prepared to the future.
Smart Goal for my spiritual self.
Smart:
Specific - I will pray and go to church so i can be connected to God so my spiritual life is more strong and protected.
Achievable - I will start to read bible every day so i can be more strong and protected to any problems and struggles.
Measurable - I will track my progress by using a to do list so i can follow what i need to do.
Relevant- Improving my spiritual life will help me to boost my beliefs and practices to be more patience person.
Time bound- I will achieve my goal by reading bible and praying everday so i can be peaceful and happy.

Problem -Focused coping.
Directly addressing the source of stress.
Sometimes i have a project that i need to submit on time but unfortunately i can do it because i cant manage my time thats why i am late when it passing it. but i realize that ignoring the stress it wont help me to improve that problem.
Adaptive coping strategies
Positive Reframing
In situation where i feel happy by passing my project on time .I can use positive Reframing as an adaptive coping startegy.
Instead on focusing on the stress and struggles. I can reframe my perspective to see this challenge as my inspiration to grow and to learn for to my mistake so i can be more effective in the future life thats why i am trying to change my personality for the better future.
Additionaly , i might think about how successful iam by completing all the task that they given me and iam proud to make it my self because iam confident doing it because i trust my self that i can do this and i can be successful in the future .
