TRIAD PRINCESS S1-E1 Chinese vocabulary
I started this drama yesterday, I use the extension on Netflix that let you have 2 subtitles at the same time. It’s really useful.
Here’s a bit of vocabulary about the first episode!
这边请：this way please
看起来不像是开玩笑：it doesn’t look like a joke
看起来：it looks like/ it seems that…
像：VERB： be like, look, seem
开玩笑：a joke
A跟B一向有联系：A is always connected with B
所以你来找我是：so you came here to ..?
我希望你能帮帮我：i want to ask you a favor
忙我当然是可以帮：Sure, i can certainly help
但是你要我帮是什么忙呢？But what do you need me to help you with ?
你是发生什么事啦 ： what happened to you ?
那个门后面就是了： just behind that door
我上礼拜才感冒， 又发烧又咳嗽的：last week i caught the flu, I had both fever and coughing
不要跟我抱怨这些： do not complain to me this way
抱怨：complain
我再跟你确认一次： i’m asking you one more time
确认：confirm/make sure
我整个人超爆照的： i am so on the edge at the moment
超爆照：super irritable
烦恼： upset annoyed
之后：after
照顾：take care of, look after someone
简单说：simply put
专访：interview
相信我：Believe me
根本：simply
再约：to meet another time
改天喝咖啡：to drink a coffee next time
作弊：cheat, rigged
立刻冲来：to rush immediately
