I think what's wrong with Natasha's line is that it was an uncessary statement. My aunt cant have children & she's never onced referred to herself as a something bad ("monster") for that but I'm sure she's thought about it deep inside of her. We all have dark thoughts about one self right? So for Nat to say SUCH a thing to Bruce, only TO BOND with him it's what's wrong. If Nat wouldve said that to idk Clint, after a traumatic scene of her flashback dream thing I wouldve felt better, but no /:

I can’t exactly remember the way she worded it, but I took it as “I’m a monster because I was turned into a killing machine” not “I’m a monster because I can’t have children.” I need to hear what she said again to really make judgment, though.

But if my interpretation of it is correct then I could kind of see her saying that to Bruce? Like he’s saying how he’s a monster and everything and by her saying that she understands because of what they did to her in the red room (by making her an assassin) then I can kind of understand it.

If I’m wrong and she’s saying she’s a monster strictly because she can’t have children then I can understand why people are upset. But I don’t know for sure, I need to hear her words again and how she phrased them to really make judgment.
