In the meantime, I’ve spent the past 2 years or so working as a freelance concert photographer (because it’s already concerts I’m at/in the front row of and it’s fun) and here are some compressed versions of my favorite photos. Bands include Sabaton, Opeth, The Sword, Guitar Wolf, Haken, Amon Amarth, Exmortus, Battle Beast, Leaves’ Eyes, Big Jesus, Graveyard, Grave Digger, Alestorm, and Aether Realm (I THINK, it’s a long post). If anyone has any tips for getting into professional-contract-y concert photography and thinks I have any skill/potential, please let me know. Don’t ever want to make it my career, but I really enjoy doing it and I’d love to use something better than my cellphone.
