My mom's shop is usually closed on Mondays, which means that we usually get to spend the day running errands and catching up on lots of other things that she can't do when she's in the shop. But, today, my mom surprised me with a trip to Hoosier Mama Pie/Dollop for breakfast with my Aunt T, cousin E and another friend. It was so much fun! I got a smoothie and a bagel and even saw my favorite pie shop employee and got to chat with her. Plus, my mom helped me get some more knitting done (I decided that Lucy Owl needed a scarf). My Aunt T took this picture of me and my mom. :)
Then I talked my mom into letting me go with my Aunt T to pick up my cousin from pre-school and hang out with him for a bit. Of course, in the afternoon I had to do the usual math and reading. Plus, we finished up the infinity scarf for Lucy Owl and my mom got my new violin set up since I outgrew my old one. So, it was a good day!
Today I'm wearing a cranberry colored cotton dress from Neige and my organic cotton leggings from LeBig (I'm not a big fan of tights!). The dress is on sale at lollie right now. I highly recommend it!
