Oh Graves, ever the smug bastard. You wanna knock him off his high horse? Just tickle him. You're doing everyone a favor if you do that. Besides, his Shadows will be more than happy to join in. I do like to believe that from time to time, they'll just get together and tickle him silly. When he's overworking himself, when he's being too smug, when he needs a break,... Besides, his Shadows love him, so of course they'll be more than happy to wreck their commander. Approach him alone or with a small troupe of Shadows, you'll get him either way. He needs to look cool most of the time, so there's not a whole lot he's going to do. I mean, you could be coming to him with a serious concern. But beware, you're better off coming to him with a few Shadows, he can hold his own in a fight. You can have two Shadows hold him down while the rest of you go to town with him. All is fair when it comes to Phillip Graves, after all.
On scale from one to ten, he'd be somewhere between 7,5 and 9. It fluctuates a little bit and is dependent on how he's feeling that day. If he's had a rough day and is only pissed, then he' a little less ticklish. His worst spot is his back. Other spots include his knees, his calves and his neck. Though, beware: He's a thrasher. As soon as you get your hands on him, he's going to try and fight back against you. Will give orders as if he has any say in what's going to happen to him soon enough, the silly. If you tickle his back just right, then he might buck hard enough to throw someone off of him even. His laugh is fairly loud and usually just explodes right out of him. He's shit at holding it in. Ten seconds max, and he's laughing his head off. Like the idiot he is, he's going to either threaten you to stop, or he might bargain his way out of being wrecked.
Teases only work on him when he's being tickled already. When you tease him beforehand, he'll just tell you to cut it out and leave him alone. Worst case scenario is him threatening to tickle you first. When you're already wrecking him, that's when teases work. Of course, he'll just tell you to shut the fuck up, but don't listen to him. If he's threatening you, just defend yourself by tickling him harder. He'll have to understand that this was for your own safety. His Shadows give him all kinds of teases anyway, so he's probably used to hearing anything ranging from "You're so cute!" to "Can't even take some tickles, hm?" Just say whatever comes to mind.
But beware: Graves is good with names, faces, voices,... He'll know which Shadows wrecked him, he knows all of them. He gets his revenge. Always. Sure, some Shadows tickle him solely for the reason of having their commander tickle them, but beware anyway. He's not the most gentle person either. In fact, if he wants to, he could just command some of his Shadows to hold you down so he can have his fun with you. He delights himself in making his victims squirm and have them regret ever tickling him in the first place. I can assure you, though, that pretty much every Shadow has gotten tickled by Graves already. He's a vengeful motherfucker. He could easily take you on his own as well. Your punishment will be less severe when you stay with him after wrecking him and make sure he's alright, maybe even giving him some water and snacks afterwards. He appreciates that sort of thing.
