~OH MOST DEFINITELY! I love this man oh-so very much ♡ He’s such a dork, and I need to destroy him at some point (coughcoughTickleTobercoughcough). There’s some spoilers for his character here (meeting to Love ending). Thanks for the request, Anon. I hope you Enjoy!~

General:

Hector is definitely a lee-leaning switch

He lives to service you, of course, but he prefers to be the one receiving your silly affections. He’s usually in the mood to hand you the control, see what you come up with. 

He’s happy either way, though. After he’s introduced to your touch—especially the tickly kind—he’s hooked for life.

Lee:

Once you meet him in the attic (when he’s ready, of course), he’s constantly craving your attention and affection.

He won’t be obnoxious about it, of course: some notes here, a slight chill in the room, some light tapping noises from your vents, little notes left here and there.

His lee moods follow the same pattern, though he’s more shy about it face-to-face. If you want him to ask, you’ll have to speak through the vents before heading up.

He’s rather ticklish, though it’s a bit difficult to get him pre-realization. You either have to go beneath his insulating coat or open up his panels to toy with his inner workings.

Worst spots are his neck and hips. If you can grab his hips, he’ll snort and buck like crazy. He’d love to stay still for you, but he can’t help it. As for his neck, his collar will shoot up if you try to sneak-attack it. You’ll have to coax him into sitting still, and even then, he can only handle light scribbles.

Melt spot is his stomach. He adores gentle pokes, squeezes, scribbles, and nuzzles there. Literally any praise makes him combust, and he barely even squirms. Just light giggles, lots of blushes, and dopey grins.

He's a bit self-concious about his laugh. To him, it's too pitchy, too childish, too goofy. He'll need some reassurances as you tickle him; they also serve as a fun way to fluster him if you slip some compliments in.

And, of course, he's blushing the entire time. This man's face will take on a lovely shade of red if you even mention the t-word around him.

Ler:

Occasionally, he’ll get into a ler mood, but it’s rare.

If he’s tickling you, it’s usually because you ask, or as revenge. 

Hector’s an incredibly sweet ler, though he can and will weaponize compliments to fluster you.

“Your laughter is the sweetest melody I could ever wish to behold, my love.”

“That smile… My god, I could watch it all day. You should show it to me more often.”

“Let’s lower the temperature. I know it’s more ticklish when my hands are warm while you’re cold.”

“You’re so bold until the wiggling fingers appear. It’s like I’ve stolen your confidence away… I think I’ll keep it for now.”

And yes, he’s quite the confident ler.

When it comes to making you happy, bringing you joy, providing something for you, he has all the confidence he’ll ever need. 

This man gives exemplary aftercare.

If you got overheated during the tickles, he’ll cool the room. If you get cold when your body temperature returns to normal, he’ll find a nice, cozy middleground.

You know he’s a cuddler. If you’re comfortable with it, he’ll hold your hand, pull you against him, pepper you with little kisses, and softly whisper to you. It might be sweet nothings, maybe praises, or perhaps a new chapter of Grate Expectations (one that may or may not be fluff based off your tickly encounters).

(Short) Hector Tickle Headcanons Because I've Rediscovered Him

I rewatched Coco and this man got me feelin some kind of way

Lee:

- Man is freakishly ticklish

- Whenever he gets too cocky or sarcastic, just tickle him and he'll be puddy in your hands 🙃

- Tickling him is interesting cause he's all bones

- But he can definitely still feel >:)

- Scratch at his ribcage. He'll shriek

- Definitely got tickled by his wife when they were alive

- Stern woman and giggly flustered man. It's perfection 😌

- For sure likes it

- "Ihihihis thahAHAHahat AHahahall yohohou gohoHOHOT- AHAHA NOHOHO"

- Miguel found out he was ticklish while being curious about how Hector can still feel even when a limb is detached

- Miguel tracing Hector's forearm and watching him suppress his giggles

Ler:

- MR TICKLE MONSTER

- Would tickle Coco regularly to show affection

- Now he wrecks Miguel 🙃

- After Miguel tickles Hector, there'll often be a "Oh no you're not getting away with this! C'mere!"

- One of Hector's favourite moves is sneaking up behind Miguel and sticking one of his detached hand down Miguel's shirt

- And Hector just watches him squirm and squeal >:)
