Okay I can't decide between two(2) headcanons for Martyn
Option 1.) mischievous and likes to randomly give others a little tickle just because it's entertaining and fun
- ler-leaning switch; this option goes more with his YouTube personality and how he acts in videos
- like what Grian does but it's more casual, and instead of looking for a reaction and trying to be a menace, he just thinks it's fun and friendly
- top lees: Jimmy, Ren, Grian, Skizz, and just about anyone in the general vicinity if he's feelin playful
- he's a big fan of quick side squeezes, but will also tickle someone for much longer if he thinks they react cute (Jimmy)
- when tickling people he says stuff like "what's so funny? I must be hilarious if you're laughing this much!" "You're not ticklish?~ then I guess you won't mind if I just... tickletickletickle!!"
- every once in a while if he REALLY wants to make someone scream-laugh, he given them a raspberry right in the middle of their tummy (secret move! Haha!)
- obviously he's been tickled before, but he's not overly ticklish. He'll laugh, squirm around a bit, and engage in tickle fights from time to time, but he's not one to actively search for tickles
- he really just enjoys it because he's bonding with his friends and it's fun
- that's not to say he won't let someone tickle him if they're in a ler mood and wanna tickle someone real bad
- he'll say "sure why not!" And depending on the ler, he'll have his usually enjoyable time like I described above (Jimmy), or he'll discover how ticklish he can be with an experienced tickler and learn he really CAN be brought to tears (Scott)
- overall, tickling's not a super big part of him but it's very fun and he enjoys it a lot!
Option 2.) Looks so tough and confident, no one's really considered that he could be THAT ticklish, or even into such "childish things," however...
- lee; Martyn is secretly VERY ticklish and desperately wants to be wrecked so badly
- boy, what he wouldn't give to have someone like Ren or Scott pin his arms above his head and tease him over how flustered he gets when someone says the word "tickle"
- to have someone wiggle their fingers all over his most sensitive spots and not stop until he's out of breath
- his top lers he'd fantasize about: Scott, Ren, okay anyone really, he's very desperate
- unfortunately he's way too embarrassed to tell someone he likes it, not to mention asking someone to actually TICKLE him!!
- so he continues to suffer. Image what it'd be like if he got a really bad lee mood, oh boy
- someone lightly brushed against his side and he flinches so bad, then asking if he was okay and him having to say "yeah! Totally fine! No you didn't hurt me, I just- it surprised me is all!!" Damn that lee mood making him extra sensitive to basically everything
- he 100% mentally freaks out when someone mentions tickling, like he freezes up and tries to act natural and says NOTHING
- if someone asked him about whatever tickle-related topic they were discussing, he'd give quick vague answers and make no eye contact
- Martyn would hope and pray that they move to another topic, and then they eventually do, he thinks about what could've happened if they found out his secret and for the rest of the day he fantasizes about them ganging up on him and making him a flustered mess
- Scenario: If it's 3rd life, I'm thinking one day Ren catches on when Martyn gets so tense at that tickle discussion from before, and asks him about it
- Martyn would freeze up again, "I have no idea what you're talking about-! I was normal!" After a bit of back and forth, Martyn would finally admit, "okay... I may be an itsy bitsy teensy weensy bit ticklish.."
- Ren gushes over how cute it is that Martyn's embarrassed over it, and asks if he could tickle him
- Martyn's face bursts into flames, but this is the moment he's been waiting for!! He responds with a small "sure..!" and Ren pounces on him, straddles his hips, and spiders his fingers all over Martyn's belly, sides, ribs, anywhere he can find
- Martyn covers his face with his hands and can't stop laughing and giggling
- This is the best day of his entire life
- They go on for a while until Martyn gets tired, and then they probably cuddle and talk about the experience and how on Earth Ren didn't know about how ticklish Martyn was
- also Ren kisses Martyn aaalll over his face and neck, and Martyn giggles more, let's go TreeBark, mmm they're so gay and adorable together
- I may have gotten a little carried away- you can probably tell that I adore Option 2 very much
- general favorite spots: ribs, thighs, fins, spine (siren Martyn go brrrr)
- tracing your finger down his spine would make him crumble and bend to your will
- also squeeze his thighs, make him squeak
