Akiko Kawagoi is an vampire that works as a criminal enforcer under a small-scale, independent criminal gang who is occasionally hired as a mercenary on the occasional hit. She was transformed into a vampire after she was found nearly de*d and half burned on the ground following a self inflicted att*mpt on her life following the loss of a deeply important member of her family. She spent her pre-transformed life working to be respected and feared, and continued to do so after her transformation, wishing to be known on a mass scale, all while struggling with the envy that comes with needing to work a hundered times harder than everybody around her.
