It doesn't matter the flavor. They help a lot while you're suffering. I drink about 3-4 a day.

All you do is add it to your water but I'm sure you can add it to other drinks. (I don't think I'd try coffee though😬)

They help a lot and help to boost your vitamin c intake.

Just watched Extraction with Chris Hemsworth and Spenser Confidential with Winston Duke and Mark Whalberg.

All I can say about Extraction is when Chris decides to officially leave the Avengers and put down Mjölnir he has a very lucrative career as Hollywood’s next and greatest action star. My god I loved him in this. Baby was 🤤 and such a great performance.

As for Spenser Confidential, I liked it. It was funny enough with plenty of action. I loved Winston in this. He was the perfect level of brooding 🥵. Also, as I was watching I couldn’t help wonder if Chris Evans saw this because of all the Boston in it.

I swear I can speak Bostonian now. (Is that a word? Is that what they call themselves?) I might sound like a jackass but 🤷🏽‍♀️. Favorite Boston accent word: lobstha. 🤣🤣

I’d recommend these if you’re still in quarantine or still locked down.

Asian Cinema truly never ceases to amaze me with how well put together their films are. Also, their budgets must be millions because the CGI work is 👌🏾💯.

I just watched Crocodile Island and the graphics alone blew me away. America needs to step their game uppppp.

I’d recommend this movie if you’re into Sci-fi and are okay with subtitles. It was entertaining.

Netflix

So netflix to me has been on their game lately with a few recent TV and movie releases. I'm recommending 2 new Netflix series,

The Boys: This show is hilarious. I am on episode 2 and man wow. I was wondering when someone would do something like this. {AMAZON PRIME EXCLUSIVE}

Another Life: It's a trippy Sci-Fi series that takes a little time to pick up but once it does it gets weird and interesting. I love Sci-Fi and if you do also try it.

They both came out with all episodes on Netflix on the 25th. But keep in mind it's Netflix and if you binge watch all episodes you're shit outta luck for season 2, it'll be a long wait.

Correction: The Boys is a Amazon Prime Exclusive show. My mistake, I've been going back and forth with the two platforms so much I mixed them up.
