GSGW part 2 spoilers
I'm 99% sure the twins from the happy end sect are gonna reappear in part 3. They're both named characters, so them showing up just once wouldn't feel right.
Besides, Lee Seoyu (the twin sister) screamed Ireum-nim when KSE was 'reading' her, which could be a final cry for help, but I think it was her realizing that KSE was in someway part of Ireum.
I'm pretty sure she is alive too, since it was described as "leaving behind last words LIKE a dying scream",
plus later it said "the sound of gasping breath could be heard from somewhere" which I think might've been her regaining consciousness.
