Temperatures will be consistently below 25 so the beaches will certainly not be the ideal destination, better to dedicate ourselves to exploring the island. Good morning Lefkadians&Meganisians. Today we woke up 'rocked' by a jolt that more or less at around seven in the morning sounded the alarm clock. The village elders, as always, laughed at us, and as I write from here, in the middle of the Lefkadian mountains, sitting comfortably on the sofa at Alina's bar in Vafkeri, the comments chase each other. The two nicest were: 'darn another bit and the island would take us for a swim' made by a regular among general laughter. The other was from Spinaz, who is now becoming more and more of an islander... he said: 'I woke up shaken'. Otherwise we will have a beautiful day with calm winds and pleasant temperatures..
