Golden hour in Greece ✨
this hotel is… probably the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been?? and I’ve been to many!
Look at this lobby! the ocean and beach is just behind the pool, like, right behind it, it’s perfect!
the view from our balcony goes kinda hard!
our room is also insanly beautiful, the aesthetics are off the hook, and it’s really small and secluded and perfect!
I have, as you can see, moved in for the week 🌝
bonus full moon because W O W! now we’re gonna go for a little walk, and then head to bed, it’s already 10:30 pm here, and we’ve been traveling all day!
I’m really happy I’m done with almost all of the dabihawks week stuff, because I’m gonna be busy enjoying life and trying to collect spoons and change my batteries after a very hard winter and spring <3
windy day
lefkada
lefkas (greece)
Lefkada, the Greek island in the Ionian sea, is known internationally for its breathtaking landscape and crystalline, turquoise waters.
Yet Lefkada‘s mythic past holds many tragic tales, specifically in terms of the iconic Cape Lefkada, topped with the Doukato Lighthouse.
The Cape is located at the southern tip of the island, and its extraordinarily dramatic topography — a sheared-off, towering white cliff off jutting into the turbulent sea — inspired many ancient myths.
According to ancient sources and long-told local myths, lovers and tragic figures throughout the ages have thrown themselves from the craggy heights into the depths of the sea because of unrequited love, rejection, — and even human sacrifice.
