it was a consistent nightmare that loomed over kennedy -- it was a face she couldn’t escape no matter how many times she rapidly blinked her eyes. the clown was a consistent thought that made her body want to dig its own grave because she truly believed dying would be a better thing than this. and as she ducked away in an alley she tried her hardest to catch her breath. she didn’t even know what she was running from. if this was a real situation or if she has watched one too many horror movies in her entire life.
she bolted again, wanting to get home and didn’t look back ( well, she did which caused her to slam into an unknown source that made them both fall ) -- oof -- kennedy glanced to see eddie there and she let out a gentle sigh. “ shit eds! “ she exclaimed somewhat happy to see a familiar face and somewhat not because who knew if that clown thing was still there. “ sorry for that, i’m just... distracted ya know? you okay? “
