The boys have their own uno pack now!!!!! This is so cool, I'm so proud of them 🥺😭
It would be cool if they add it to the game as well so people can play it that way too
Breeze is just so done with Swiss' random number generator 🤣 Creed and CHUGS are just dying of laughter and I love it cause they're like sunshine.

Breeze hands down TEAM LRLR FOR LIFE
My goal for this trip was to finish a rough draft of my Camino book before leaving, & I thought I’d be gone in a couple days, so I’m on schedule. My idea was that I’d be here 48 days, so I‘d work chronologically, writing up events of May 1, which was a few days before my walk started, & finish w/ June 17, when I flew from Spain to Germany. That way, I’d have a very rough draft of everything I remembered on the page, and I’d then be able to start a 2nd draft & create a structure beyond “diary.” So this part has been gathering my clay, and next I carve. When I first got here, I‘d walk several miles w my Camino pack, then stop at a cafe to write for an hour, my thought being that walking w/ the weight of the pack would loosen lodged memories. When I’d get to a cafe, I’d review photos from that day, texts sent, FB posts, journal notes, & finally videos from the Marco Polo app, where I shared an insane amount of details w a small number of close friends. I’d be at the cafe longer than an hour, as this part took an hour alone. Then, the further I got into it, I found the need to write for at least 2 hours, sometimes 3. I stopped the 10 mi walks, & started doing a 3 mi beach walk, listening to my old videos, & then drive to Starbucks to write for a few hours. Then coronvirus happened, so I‘d just go pick up a coffee & write at the pool. Things got more intense, & kids weren’t going to school, so lots of people brought their grands here to ride out this period of social distancing. That meant kids now cannonball in the pool as soon as the sun is up. So I don’t write there anymore. My dad is home, &I need to be alone to write (or anonymous in a cafe) so this has been the solution for the last couple days. Beach writing. The beaches are closed, but the patrol guy has driven by twice & has seen me, so I’m not breaking the law. Today I’ve tried adding a boogie board as a lap desk, but it’s not working well. I wish I had a table to use, but I don’t. But I have so much more than others. R is locked in BRW. I’m here to see this out w my dad. We all adapt, but we move ahead, too. Life does not stop. #leftrightleftright (at Mansion House) https://www.instagram.com/p/B99cY9blleF/?igshid=1v43a1s0vzj0c
Great memories walking past the monument on June 3, 2019, as I left Palencia and crossed into Galicia, right at the head of O Cebreiro, one of the prettiest towns on the Camino de Santiago. I walked uphill a couple hours prior with @coll.jenman and Bruce, and we shared cake doused in rum or brandy in La Lagouns de Castilla, and Bruce showed me how he could somersault into his pack. It was a great morning, and at this point, I bid them farewell as they were done for the day, and we were unsure if we’d meet up again, bc that’s how the Camino goes. I walked a few more hours after this into Fonfria, ran into several other Camino friends, and made a new one that night at the albergue. Last year this time in Florida, I was training for this walk, and that was wonderful, the walk itself was wonderful, and now, writing it all down has been three times as wonderful, if that’s possible, bc now I am able to look at it from three perspectives- the anticipation of the training stage, the pure joy and glory while doing it, and the reflection now that it’s past. #camino2019 #leftrightleftright #caminodesantiago #caminofrances #ocebreiro #galicia https://www.instagram.com/p/B9cKS8wF1tI/?igshid=clgkps18lkg
