When Gaddafi does the Basic Instinct leg thing but it is ruined because he is not in a miniskirt
Cross Examination
I have a bald spot on my leg, just above my right knee.
I don't think about it much because I really only see it when I'm:
Not wearing pants
Sitting down
Not distracted by something
Don't have my legs crossed
(While each of these four conditions are relatively common individually, all four being simultaneously true happens a lot less often.)
On one of these occasions where I WAS noticing it, I commented to my wife about it, and I was surprised by how immediately she seemed to solve this mystery that has vexxed me for years.
The key was that last of the four conditions:
Whether I'm wearing pants, shorts, or anything else, I have a regular habit of crossing my legs like this when I sit. And when I checked the spot where my left leg usually rests on my right leg, it lined up perfectly with the bald spot.
The answer seems so obvious in hindsight that it makes me wonder why I've never heard of this happening to anyone else.
Has anyone else experienced this?
P.S. I realized as I was about to post this that I've been sitting this way the whole time without even thinking about it. Which I how I got that last shot of the pink spot on my leg after I took it off.

కాళ్లపై కాళ్ళు వేసుకుని అలా కూర్చుంటే..I Dangers Crossing Your Legs Whil...
Growing up, young girls are often told to close their legs. Whether they are wearing skirts and dresses or not, keeping their knees together is a must. As they get older they are taught to cross their legs to be more ladylike. From a young age girls are encouraged to cross their legs by people such as their mothers, grandmothers, and aunts. They reinforce this by saying that princess’ sit this way. Since your typical young girl wants to be a princess, she sees it fit to do as other princesses do. Even in the media, if a classy desirable woman is sitting down she is almost always crossing her legs. Etiquette classes also teach a young woman that sitting with her legs crossed is the most appropriate way for a lady to sit. If she does not sit like this, it is seen as manly and thus unattractive for a female. Since sitting with your legs open is seen as unattractive for a female, they are subtly punished when they do not follow the gender norms. It is not out of the ordinary to see a young girl chastised while out in public for not sitting with her legs closed. Crossing your legs can be uncomfortable, so women are told that beauty is pain. In order to be beautiful and ladylike, they have to undergo being uncomfortable.
Males are not encouraged to cross their legs; in fact, they are punished for doing so. When a male is seen crossing his legs, they are told they look like a girl or that they look gay, two things that are seen as insults to a typical straight male. Males are encouraged to sit with their legs wide open to be seen as dominate and thus more masculine. Young boys are not taught to sit with their legs closed. They’re taught to emulate their father or other male figures and sit with their legs open. As they get older, they believe that they have to sit like that because their body physically cannot allow it. When in reality, it has been imbedded in them in order to keep gender norms.
Sitting with your legs crossed or sitting with them open has a deeper meaning than what it seems. Females are taught to take up as little space as possible; sitting with your legs crossed makes more room for other people. Men are the opposite; they are taught to take up as much space as possible. This makes women feel as though they are meant to come in second place to a male. As if she is there to make room for him to grow. Meanwhile, it makes men believe that they can do as they please because they are superior. Crossing your legs also alludes to the subject of sex. Since it is seen as inappropriate for a woman to own her sexuality, she is taught to keep her legs closed. It is not considered proper for a lady to show her private area to the world, even if clothes are covering it. Men on the other hand are taught to own their sexuality and to boast about it. Thus opening their legs to show their private parts is manly and even encouraged. Due to this social implication, men who follow gender norms are seen as more valuable than women. If a man doesn’t follow this gender norm they are seen as lower than a woman because he is not masculine enough. Crossing your legs is seen strictly as a feminine trait and if a female does not do it when sitting down she is seen as unlady like. She is also not seen as valuable because she isn’t classy as society thinks she should be.
