I can’t believe this was ever legal. What is the sport or fun or use of cowardly trapping wolves in leg traps until they’re almost extinct?

I would like to brainstorm some alternate forms of conquest to these hunters. Need a challenge? The first Super Monkey Ball on GameCube is nigh impossible and it’s defeat would earn my immortal respect. Need to dominate a creature of dangerous beauty? Try trapping and devouring some Amanita muscaria and defeating the insane hallucinations that will visit you. Do you like disrupting the intricate hierarchy of the wolf pack by arbitrarily removing many of its vital members? Then just throw your support behind organizations like Wyoming Untrapped who work to disrupt the status quo of archaic and brutal hunting regulations that allow for the indiscriminate killing of hundreds of native animals in medieval torture devices. Do you like to be shocked by how capricious those in power can take a life without regard for their victim’s autonomy at all? Watch Game of Thrones!
